Click on My Account and on the right side, you will find options to edit your account, change or reset your password if you’ve forgotten it.

Why am I being charged an authorization fee?

Meat items are priced according to weight and not all meat items will be exactly 1 lb. Once we have weighed and prepared your order, we will send you a “Completed Order” notification with the exact weights and final total. This authorization amount is to cover the difference between the quote and actual weight. Sometimes, your order may even end up being less than the quoted amount.

Here’s an example:
A whole chicken may cost $15 for an average 3 lb bird. When we weigh the chicken, it may be at 3.12 lb, which would cost $15.60.

Please note, your card is not charged until you have received a “Completed Order” notification and we will never charge more than the quoted total price on your initial order.

What’s the minimum order amount?

Yes, there are minimum amounts to order on our website.
Local pickup from our store: Minimum order of $25

There is no minimum if you are shopping in person at our store.

I didn’t receive my invoice or confirmation email

Check the junk folder of your email account. If you can’t find it, call us at (647) 930-9549.

I forgot to add something to my cart

You can create another order or contact us. Do not try to edit your sent order, this may result in a double order.

I made a mistake in my order, what do I do?

Just e-mail us or call us and we’ll find the solution right away.
